This upper body workout focuses on shoulder stability and mobility. Suitable for all levels, you will learn proper scapular placement through a series of strengthening and stabilizing exercises. A light to medium strength flex band is recommended, as well as light 2-3 lbs hand weights. We recommend pairing this workout with a lower body workout, or any other full body workout.
