This is a beginner, moderately-paced, 30-minute foam roller workout that includes a variety of stabilizing and mobilizing exercises. You will need a foam roller (of any firmness) long enough to lay your entire spine on, from head to pelvis. A small pad or folded towel is recommended to be used as a pillow for the head (optional).
